Stainless Collar
Shaft collars hold bearings and sprockets to shafts and other components and can act as mechanical stops. A two-piece clamp collar wraps around a hard or soft shaft without marring. Set screw collars use a set screw to lock onto a soft or predrilled shaft.
Our Specialties
Tradition meets modernity Premium Stainless Steel Collars Made of Black Stainless Steel All collars in the Standard Collection are made of stainless steel and form the basis of this quality. During the electroplating process, the surface is blackened and eventually polished. We recommend our range of standard stainless steel polished surfaces.

Featured Products
One-Piece
One-piece shaft collars wrap around the shaft for even distribution of clamping forces. This results in a tight fit and greater holding power, without the shaft damage caused by set screws. Clamp collars are easy to remove, indefinitely adjustable, and work well on virtually any shaft. XINLAN uses carefully selected materials and proprietary processes on its one-piece collars to ensure the clamping gap remains open for simpler and more precise adjustment, installation and fit. XINLAN manufactures one-piece clamp shaft collars in 1215 lead-free steel with a zinc or proprietary black oxide finish, 303 and 316 stainless steel, high-strength 2024 aluminum, and engineered plastic. Bore sizes range from 1/8″ to 6″ and 3mm to 150mm.
Two-Piece
Two-piece shaft collars offer the same benefits as the one-piece style with additional versatility and convenience. The split design is easily installed and disassembled, reducing labor and downtime when adjustment, removal, or replacement is necessary. The two-piece shaft collar uses the full seating torque of its forged screws to apply a uniform distribution of forces around the shaft’s circumference. These clamping forces provide the collar with a holding power superior to one-piece and set screw shaft collars. XINLAN keeps both halves of the split collar together throughout the manufacturing process to assure a perfect match for proper fit, alignment, and holding power. This process also makes the two-piece collar more adaptable to shafts which vary a small amount from nominal size. XINLAN manufactures two-piece clamp shaft collars in 1215 lead-free steel with a zinc or proprietary black oxide finish, 303 and 316 stainless steel, high-strength 2024 aluminum with or without an anodize finish, titanium, and engineered plastic. Bore sizes range from 1/8″ to 6″ and 3mm to 150mm.
Threaded
Threaded shaft collars share the same performance and benefits of their round bore counterparts, while providing additional features. Threaded collars have higher axial holding power than round bore collars, while offering easier installation and adjustment than solid ring locking devices. A diverse list of acme, right hand, and left hand thread sizes and pitches are offered. XINLAN double taps each threaded collar to ensure precise and burr-free threads to allow for easy installation and removal, proper fit, and extended shaft life. Threaded shaft collars are manufactured in 1215 lead-free steel with a black oxide finish and 303 stainless steel. Bore sizes range from 1/8″ to 2-1/4″ and 4mm to 30mm.
Heavy Duty
Heavy duty shaft collars have a larger outer diameter, width, and screw for use in applications where the highest holding is required. They are manufactured in one- and two-piece clamp style from 1215 lead-free steel with a proprietary black oxide finish and 303 stainless steel. Bore sizes range from 3″ to 6″ and 75mm to 150mm.
